Essaouira, Morocco fish market has fish in display. Sharks in Morocco were surprising to find as well as red skinny long fish. The usual sardine, octopus, squid, sole, and dorado are here in the Essaouira fish market in the Essaouira medina.

We buy three octopuses, a man cleans them and then we are led to a restaurant that grills the fish and served Moroccan salad and Moroccan tea.

We eat our grilled octopus with a big Moroccan salad and Moroccan bread.

Essaouira Morocco provides good fish and a hospitable atmosphere as the sun sets and the call to prayer is heard echoing over the Medina of Essaouira.
