Today we are going to add walnuts to it. You get the crunchy outside of the meringue, with the smooth inside, balanced with the texture and flavor of the walnuts! You can keep in an airtight container for 1 week, but I doubt you'll have leftovers to keep. This cookies is simply amazing!
