Aourir, Morocco is busy with people preparing for Eid al Adha 2020. The souk is a weekly open air market in Morocco. We show the cost of living for fruits, nuts, and welcome mats. An American and two Slovenians stuck in Morocco shop before Eid al Adha at the advice that we must stock up as shops will be closed.

The souk is back on after the Moroccan state of emergency, which forced a lockdown on larger souks to make several smaller souks such as the Tamraght souk which is seen in the Tamraght Souk, cost of living Morocco video. We buy peanuts, almonds, and chickpeas. The cost of quality Moroccan olive oil?

The souk is located near famous Moroccan surf spot, banana beach. The beaches near here offer great waves to add to the Moroccan surfing scene, making Morocco a great place to learn how to surf. I shop at the banana beach surf shop and buy some surf wax for 50 Dh. The cost of wax seems more expensive than in America, or what I paid in the past. Coronavirus has had an effect on Moroccan tourism, the state of emergency continues and we see what this Eid al Adha 2020 in Morocco will bring!
