Zapiekanka is Polish open-face sandwiches (also known as French-bread pizzas) that I really enjoyed when visiting Poland. Today, to celebrate my collaboration with Master Chef Poland, we are going to make Zapiekanka Moroccan style!

INGREDIENTS:
0.6 pound (300 grams) ground beef or lamb
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
1/4 finely chopped cilantro (mixed)
Mushrooms (any type you like: white mushrooms, shitakee, etc.)
