There were parades and festivities tonight in Tetouan as the people of Morocco celebrated The King and People Revolution day. August 20, the Revolution's anniversary, is proudly commemorated every year as a time to remember the struggle against French and Spanish occupation and to pay tribute to those who gave their lives to free Morocco from colonial rule in 1953.
