Wonderful Moroccan briwats filled with chocolate!!! A recipe collaboration with my friend Bouchra, who runs "Ma Fleur D'Oranger" YouTube channel

INGREDIENTS:
150 grams dark chocolate / chocolat noir
10 cl heavy cream / crème liquide
A handful of roasted almonds or other nuts / une poignée d'amandes ou noisettes concassées et torréfiées

RECIPE:
Faire bouillir la crème et la verser sur le chocolat, mélanger et ajouter les amandes, laisser refroidir. Mettre la préparation 20 à 30 minutes au frais pour la faire légèrement durcir, en la remuant régulièrement.
