Looking for a quick easy recipe of popsicles to beat the summer heat! Try these chocolate banana coconut popsicles... just yum!

INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into slices
135 milliliters full fat coconut milk
2 medjool dates
1 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:
1- Place the coconut milk, bananas, medjool dates, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract into a blender. Mix until smooth.
2- In a popsicle mold, pour the mixture, insert the sticks in them and put them in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
3- Just before serving, prepare a large glass of warm water and place each popsicle in the water for a few seconds, then remove your ice cream sticks.
